The primary purpose of our Programme is
- To support people of all ages and professions to achieve their potential, leading to improved health and wellbeing.
- To deliver through the programme techniques that enable the individual to develop stress management techniques that can be used anywhere.
- To develop the importance of emotional health and wellbeing if effective living is to take place
- To improve ethos in the workplace as participants experience more awareness and recognition of their own sense of wellbeing, thereby enabling them to pass these skills on to colleagues and individuals with whom they have direct contact.
Throughout the Programme we aim to
- Raise awareness of stress, how it manifests and its connection to physical, mental and emotional health.
- Introduce tools to facilitate self-management of stress.
- Demonstrate methods that can improve interpersonal relationships.
- Highlight the importance of relaxation techniques that can produce increased energy, allowing individuals to reach their full potential both professionally and personally.
- Provide on-going support to those affected by stress, tailored to individual requirements.
The Champion for Wellbeing Programme gives training in emotional wellbeing to individuals, leaders, managers and staff.
All programmes are designed round the specific criteria of the department/organisation, incorporating the above and any additional tools and techniques relevant to the desired outcome of the programme.
We make regular contact with the organisation throughout the programme, to discuss progress and ensure on-going communication. Each individual is assured of the strictest confidentiality and a report will be supplied at the end of the programme.
The programme runs over a period of three/four months, giving the participants six one to one coaching sessions as well as email support.
Also included are three full training days of interactive sessions with highly experienced trainers from varying backgrounds. These trainers will deliver practical techniques that can be used and taught to others as interventions in stressful situations.
