Life Coaching

In these workshops we offer group sessions as an introduction to coaching, that can then lead to the service being used on an individual basis to further self development. This gives your organisation an unbiased approach, giving your employees the assurance of complete confidentiality.

Listening skills

Yes – coaching is about all these things. In some respects it is easier to explain what coaching isn’t.

Coaching is not counselling – the skills are similar, but it’s a different approach. Coaching is very much a forward thinking process – its about taking you from where you are to where you want to be. This is where you are now – this is where you want to go – what do we do to get there.

Coaching is not advice giving – it’s about helping a person to work through their issues and ultimately take responsibility for their own solutions.

Coaching is about really listening to the coachee and making them feel they are really being listened to.

A coach, through the kind of questions asked, will increase the range of options open to you that leads you to think more creatively. You can then feel more positive, optimistic and confident, which has a cascading effect on all aspects of your life.
