Building Confidence and Optimism
Aims of workshop:
Gives individuals practical techniques to build confidence and self belief
Enables participants to identify their individual aims and strengths and the relevant actions required for ongoing practice
Creates an understanding of the connection between self belief and greater physical, mental and emotional health
The desired outcomes:
Achievement of a personal system for building confidence and optimism
A selection of tools for self coaching to work with on an ongoing basis
Development of greater confidence in both professional and personal life
