We are able to offer Health Days to organisations and groups that can be specific to their requirements, e.g. an introduction to the Smoking Cessation programme which can include health and fitness checks, nutritional advice and long term success strategies, or a programme of therapies and workshops that can be offered by us to encompass a variety of requirements.

Stress Awareness and Relaxation – learn simple tools to use on a daily basis that help you relax and reduce the effects of stress. Benefits include improved creativity, confidence, energy & self-respect, resulting in a dedicated & enthusiastic team of self-motivated and happy individuals.
Introduction to NLP – NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is used successfully in many fields including psychotherapy, interpersonal relationships, coaching, communication, education, business management and training. Learn how to be more flexible and give yourself more choices in life. Benefits include increased self-awareness, a greater sense of rapport with yourself and others, identify what you want and get more of it.
Massage Class – learn simple massage techniques that will help you to relax and connect with others on a different level. Increased relaxation reduces stress levels and improves general health.
Meditation Session – learn the benefits of meditation, practice some simple meditation techniques and enjoy a guided meditation session.
Complementary Therapy Sessions – Reiki, On Site Massage, Bi-Aura, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Shiatsu are offered in house.
Yoga Sessions – This is a very gentle, yet powerful, form of yoga aimed at releasing stress from the body and creating optimum health on all levels.
